What We Do

The firm assists clients at every stage of the immigration process: visa applications, residence permits, change of status, regularisation of immigration status, acquisition of French citizenship, and representation in removal proceedings.

It also supports companies and international organisations in the recruitment of foreign talent, from the initial work permit application through to their establishment in France.

The firm works in partnership with associations and reception centres for asylum seekers (CADA), assisting with asylum applications at every stage. Magda El Haitem supports applicants in preparing and filing their case before OFPRA, assists them during the interview, and represents them before the CNDA in the event of a refusal. This commitment is central to the firm’s identity. With a background in international law and human rights, Magda El Haitem has dedicated several years of her career to transitional justice and the protection of fundamental freedoms within international organisations and NGOs. She has developed particular expertise in human rights protection mechanisms, including national bodies, the European Court of Human Rights, and United Nations systems.

The firm also collaborates with international organisations on training programmes, research projects, and the drafting of specialised reports.
